Return Eligibility

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use.
  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order details and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned product passes the quality inspection, your refund will be approved.
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you receive a product with a size issue, manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team. Eligible products can be exchanged subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Shree Vasstram.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Returns without original tags, labels, or packaging may not be accepted.
  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
